Customise your learning experience with the Flex Stream in the Master of Business Administration from UTS Online. While the MBA program offers several specialisations, participants can also choose electives from any of the other study streams. This is known as the 'Flex Stream' option.
The MBA (Flex Stream) from UTS Online is a versatile degree that enables professionals to achieve their career goals. To start with, participants complete the 8 core subjects of the program, developing expertise in key areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, leadership, business analytics, and strategy and negotiation.
The Flex Stream allows participants to choose their areas of concentration with a selection of four electives. For example, someone interested in entrepreneurship might choose to study customer analytics, digital marketing today, building enterprise agility, and artificial intelligence for enterprises. There are 30+ electives available.
